Conservative/Republicans have tried to downplay that threat and refuse to address far right domestic terrorism for decades. The Boulder violence was not political in any way. CU Boulder is well known as a party school and it is not extreme to see students turn violent when authorities try to reign in the more rowdy parties.

Shame on you for even inferring this was some conservative/republican caused violence. You know better.

How much violence has happened in Washington DC since January 6, 2021?
How much violence has been predicted by despicable leaders for Washington DC since January 6, 2021?

How much violence has happened in the rest of the country as part of BLM/antifa demonstrations in 2021?
What, if anything, is Merrick Garland doing to quell violence in American cities, you know, since the fact is most violence is caused by liberal organizations like BLM and antifa?

The point is that violence is STILL continuing across the country, but not in DC where, according to despicables, it was going to happen.

The point is, those threats haven't panned out.
No violence.
No demonstrations.
No vandalism.
No property damage.
Nothing.

Meanwhile, in cities across the country violence.
Demonstrations.
Vandalism.
Property damage.

So maybe the "spin to divert" is on the part of despicables to take the focus off of the real violence happening everywhere but Washington DC.

 

The capital riot, yes here liberals talking a lot about it, saying conservatives don't want to talk about it.
Well today they charged two guys, not sure of the exact charge, but if it is as it looks, it should be murder. For one anyway, used bear spray on the cop that died. The other was part of a crowd that took the badge, from a cop, on the ground, as the crowd shouted shoot him with his own gun, as he fought to keep it. The idiot buried the badge in his backyard. Both had Trump hats on. There were plenty of people there with nothing but bad intentions, but you can not blame all. There is no excuse, mob action or otherwise.
With that said, blaming Trump for this, as well as the continuing of dividing America, there is some blame on his shoulders, no more then the rest of our politicians for the climate of hatred towards one another. Both Parties have blood on their hands, as well as all of us, for allowing it, continuing it, and believing it.
Will it change, I not so sure, I don't have an answer.
I am posting this meme, knowing weather it believed or not, there is truth in it. Both Parties are guilty and it is disstroying this country.

 

These things are addressing two completely different issue. One is in response to police violence, which is real. The other is in protest of what they claim is a stolen election, which is fake. There was no stolen election.

And don't attempt to claim I'm condoning any violence.

At Trump's impeachment trial.
At the impeachment vote.

It hasn't happened.
None of it.
Not one whisper.

But violence has happened, almost daily, at BLM and antifa demonstrations.

Without so much as a whimper from the biden/harris administration.

But we STILL need fences and armed soldiers in DC. Nothing in Portland. Nothing in El Paso.

 

Now I wonder if the law enforcement officers that got injured in Boulder were thinking this can't be violence. Its not political.

The officers in Boulder were probably thinking that the students causing the problems should be at least expelled and probably charged criminally.

The shooter has told police it was not racially motivated. It was in response to his "sex addiction" because he was a customer and couldn't stop going. Conservative/Republicans will make up a whole lot of excuses to blame that on from porn to prostitution. Anything but the real root cause. The shooter's fundamentalist Christian religion where he was brainwashed into believing sex is dirty and forbidden anywhere except in a male and female marriage. I've seen lots of these guys over the course of my life.

Conservative/Republicans will also of course scream this is no reason for gun controls.
